A few weeks back I went to visit my friend Robyn and while at her house we had pineapple.  I cut the pineapple and thought that I did a fine job.  I got home and feeling inspired I bought my own pineapple and began to have one weekly.  Eric cut it the other day and said that it was to much work.  A few days later Lauren and Russell agreed with Eric.  I decided to break down and start looking into the professional way to do it.  While in Boaz this past weekend we went to a kitchen store.  There were many gadgets that we saw and then thought we needed but the only one that we had been thinking of before going in was that pineapple corer.  (We got a cheese slicer too.)  Not only did they have one but it cuts the pineapple at the same time.  It was only $10.00, had a money back guarantee and a lifetime warranty so we figured why not give it a a shot.  We came home tried it out and were pleasantly surprised.  We have no clue how we were able to live with out one.
