All Aboard, Choo Choo!!!

Next in Nashville we went on a lunch cruise aboard the General Jackson.  The General Took us on a tour three hour tour around Nashville and safely back to port.  Sit back and enjoy the sites.

First stop along the river, an abandoned historical light house.

A view of a train passing over our heads as we travel under this bridge.

Proof that I was on the boat.

Food for thought, while cruising past and later anchoring, hmmmm.

S5031093

View of downtown Nashville.

S5031095

A banner for the band that brother Brent toured with last year.

S5031097

A art sculpture that was donated by Nashville's finest art students.

My question about this old bridge structure would be: why would the above be considered art?  I don't really see the difference, maybe some fresh paint, eh.

This concludes are General Jackson portion of our trip, tune in soon for more Nashville adventures.

Art Sculpture-- I was thinking it looked like a roller coaster gone wild. Then I saw the picture of the bridge and thought the same you did. Is is really art or could the bridge be art. Art is subjective.
