It has only been a week since the last snow here in Alabama, but we already miss it so very much.  I think one of the reasons that the lack of snow is already taking its toll is because we know that on average it snows about every seven to eight years here in Alabama, or in the south for that matter.

It was super fun while it lasted and we will have that memory until next time it snows when I am in my 30's, ughh that scary!!!

Today we had a leisurely Sunday of going to Church and then to the clubhouse to do my neighborhood duties and then we sat around all afternoon by our outdoor fire pit while reading the paper.   Daisy just laid on the rug right next to it and napped.  While Luke walked around nervous and eventually I drew on him with my highlighter.  Eric didn't think it was nearly as funny as I did.

Now we are off to Mom and Dad's for dinner, the good thing is we don't have to cook, the catch is Mom needs help with her Internet class.
